Baby Shower

Tonight we went to a baby shower at church. I went with Sheila because I didn't see the need to drive seperatly. I hung out in the lobby while the shower was going on. I got to feed our friends baby. I think he will be turning a year old soon. I also got to hold the baby that the shower was for. After church Sheila and I went to Cheddars and our friends that the shower was for joined us. I really enjoyed holding the baby. I just love that new baby smell. Two things that always smell great to me are new baby smells and new car smells. Why don't car washes offer new baby smell? They offer new car, which never smells like new car (to me that is). I think car washes are missing a great marketing idea here. Maybe I should open a car wash and feature the new baby smell. just a thought.

I'm pretty disappointed in myself. My eating habbits were way off schedule today. I started off the day with a piece of toast at 10:00. Then we had a subway sandwich (mine was a wrap) that was at 12:45. Then we didn't have dinner until 7:30ish. Which totally broke my not eating past 7:00 rule. But I was starved. I actually had a steak tonight. I think that may have been the third steak I have eaten in a year. Well tomorrow is another day and I am going to have to get strick on myself. People think I am to strick, but I know that I have to be. I am a person who falls into routines way to easily so if I let myself go I know what will end up happening to me. So I sure do not want to go down that road. I have worked way to hard to get where I am and I don't want to go back to a size 48 again.
